Sarah Kovatch BA, LLB

Sarah graduated from Monash University with Bachelor of Arts (2004) and Bachelor of Laws (2008). Sarah commenced her legal traineeship at Bazzani Scully Brand in February 2009, was admitted to practice as a solicitor in February 2010 and promoted to Associate in April 2012.

Sarah is working in the hospitality and commercial areas and has  experience in all aspects of gaming, planning and liquor licensing applications. She is familiar with the application and appeals process at the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Liquor Licensing Victoria.

Sarah has also been involved in commercial property transactions and commercial leasing, and assists clients to buy and sell businesses, involving retail leasing issues, as well as residential conveyances.
