Ruth McNamara BA, LLB

Ruth completed a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Melbourne in 2007. She joined Bazzani Scully Brand as an articled clerk in February 2008 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in March 2009.

Ruth’s work at Bazzani Scully Brand includes mortgages and property law with a particular focus on consumer credit, commercial property transactions, residential property transactions and commercial leasing. She is also involved in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney (both medical and financial) and other estate planning matters.

In addition to her commercial and property work, Ruth has experience in dealing with many general commercial litigation matters, including civil claims, debt recovery and other property, consumer and neighbourhood disputes.
