Sarah Kovatch BA, LLB

Sarah graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Arts (2004) and a Bachelor of Laws (2008). She commenced her legal traineeship at Bazzani Scully Brand in February 2009 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in February 2010.

Sarah is working in the hospitality and commercial areas and is gaining experience in all aspects of gaming, planning and liquor licensing applications. She is familiar with the application and appeals process at the Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal and Liquor Licensing Victoria.

Sarah has also been involved in commercial property transactions and commercial leasing, and has assisted in enabling clients to buy and sell businesses, involving retail leasing issues, as well as residential conveyances.
