Andrew is a senior associate in our commercial and property department. Andrew has worked for many years as a commercial lawyer since being admitted to practice in 1991. He joined Bazzani Scully Brand in April 2007.
Andrew has extensive experience in many areas of commercial law including: the purchase and sale of businesses; the purchase and sale of commercial properties; retail and other commercial leases; the drafting of partnership, shareholders agreements and unitholders agreements; the drafting of terms and conditions for the sale of goods and the supply of services; the drafting of wills and testamentary trusts; and providing advice regarding GST, stamp duties and land tax issues.
Andrew also completed a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne in 2002. His studies focused upon commercial subjects such as the international sale and transport of goods.
